  • The sunglasses are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • We only accept replacements on items purchased from com. Items purchased from Authorized Safilo retailers must be replaced to the place of purchase.

  • If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, or in an open condition, we kindly request you to carefully inspect the contents of the parcel in accordance with the packing list before accepting it. Furthermore, please make a note on the Proof of Delivery (POD) stating “RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION” if applicable.
