Replacement Policy

1. We, at Incentive Solutions Pvt. Ltd., ensure that you get only the best. However, in an unlikely scenario of you needing to replace your ordered product, please read through the replacement policy given below. What you should do, if:YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL IN DAMAGED / TAMPERED / OPEN

2. In case if your parcel looks damaged, tampered with, or in open condition, accept the parcel only after checking the contents of the parcel as per the packing list. Also,please mention on the POD according to RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION.

3. Also, please take a photo of the parcel, and mail us on [email protected] and/or call us on the support number mentioned on the website / within 24 Hours of receipt of the parcel.

4. If the parcel is not at all in acceptable condition, please return the same. We will ship a fresh shipment immediately (WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS) on receiving
your complaint and return parcel.


6. If the parcel that you have received is in intact condition but the product received is damaged, please take a photo of the product, and mail us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. You may also call us on the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website.

7. In your email, please mention your Mobile Number, Personal Details, and Order Number for faster processing on your request.

8. On confirming the details, our support team may or may not request you to ship the product back to us. If requested, please ship the product back to the following address: ISPL, SCO 705,2nd floor, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh Pin code-160101

9. Please also mail us your courier details so that we can keep track & ensure that we received your parcel.

10. On receipt of your returned parcel, and/or, confirming your details, we will ship back the replacement product WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.

11. In case of unavailability of the same model, we will share with you the options available with similar design quality.


13. Please mail us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect, with details of the defect, and include a photo if required. You may also call us on the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. In reply, you will receive a Service Ticket No. (Also In case the complaint is delayed, we may not be able to entertain any such replacement request).

14. Please send the product back to the following address by courier, with full details like the order number, service ticket no. and partner details to ensure we receive your parcel. (Address:Incentive Solutions Pvt.Ltd.SCO 705, 2nd floor, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh Pin code-160101)

15. On receipt of the product, we will examine the case, and ship the replacement product to you WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.

16. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
